LifeScience Alley hosts two annual conferences: the LifeScience Alley Conference & Expo, and the MedTech Investing Conference. The Conference & Expo takes place in the 4th quarter of each year and the MedTech Investing Conference occurs in May of each year. Both of these conferences are aimed at promoting growth of the life sciences through education, collaboration, and innovation.

Every May, LifeScience Alley & International Business Forum (IBF) host the MedTech Investing Conference.
